1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items, as well as items purchased during sales or promotions, may not be eligible for returns. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your item, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos as evidence.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number and a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Glamour Indian Wear is not liable for any lost or damaged return packages.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Exchanges
